You can request deletion of your Helium Solar account and associated personal information without logging in.
What happens after your request?
- Helium Solar will verify that the request belongs to the account holder.
- Eligible account and personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Some records may be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Important: This frontend does not currently have a dedicated account-deletion API in the supplied backend Swagger. The request below is therefore sent to Helium Solar support through WhatsApp.
